One year on, and his seaside dream has turned into one big headache, with his tenants not paying rent, and now simply vanishing into thin air, leaving all their belongings behind. Summoned back to the house to inspect the abandoned property, Dave and his wife Lisa become trapped in the isolated spot after their car breaks down. Spooked and alone, they become lured into investigating what really happened to their mysterious tenants.

LOVED IT!!
I've only recently found this author but I am hooked! His story telling is original and suspenseful and makes me want to keep listening no matter what I'm doing. This story was no exception, I was gasping and holding my hand over my mouth, so so good. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.

I cannot count how many times I freaked out!
Amazing thriller although for my own peace of mind I carved out an alternate ending. Goosebumps all the way!!! Excellent author, brilliant narrators. Highly recommended.

It's got that great aussie flavour, sleepy country town and a home that someone died in. I loved it and Luke Arnold's deep voice is perfect for this genre. Good yarn

Totally enjoyable
This story was very enjoyable, story line very credible, though l would have loved a happy ending …
The two narrators were simply excellent and l would buy from this author again. Short book but well worth a listen…

Freaky
The stuff of nightmares!
A great in between book. Short and sweet...well not so sweet. A tale far from sweet, but a great gripping quick read.

Gripping from start to finish
I don't normally read this genre but this is a good story, well told. Mystery, horror, suspense. Don't listen to this if you're trying to fall asleep!
