Some great insights
Some great insights for anyone wanting to be in, or already in, a leadership role. I felt the anecdotes were a bit repetitive and the book could have been shorter, but perhaps I was missing something. I’ll listen again to make sure. That said, the book contains 5-star ideas and is worth the time invested.

I get it, Apple is the best company ever. Strong ideas in this book, but could have been 1/3rd of the size.

Excellent book for people leaders
As a manager in an industry where people usually just show up for work because they have to or just for the money this is a great resource in my journey to change the culture of my store and the organisation as a whole.

Great message
Very important message about the importance of knowing your "why" and Simon gives several examples from companies who succeeded or failed at showing their"why". Just know that the whole 7 hours of this audiobook is about this one message so it's a bit long winded.
