This book lingers in my brain...
This was so good! I was hooked! I have so many questions, though... What happened with Marda and Yana? What happened with Planet X. Is this the begging to the myth of the nameless?
Anyway, loved this book!

Disappointed, hard to get into
I don’t know if the story is that bad, I couldn’t get into it because of the narration, it was very ordinary.
It could just be me, but this is the 1st time I haven’t rated a Star Wars book above 4 stars.
I went back to it a few times just to finish it, I was going to send it back after the 1st go but decided to persist.

Average.
I have been enjoying the old Republic series so far, but this one missed the mark. The main characters were annoying/uninteresting and the story was bland. Was a cool concept seeing the opposition's view point compared to the Jedi but it was just dull. The narrator didn't help either, very dramatic and over the top which made it a little bit cringey to listen to.
Would recommend skipping.
