Publisher's Summary
From NYT and USA Today Best-selling Author A.L. Jackson comes the next seductive, unforgettable Bleeding Stars stand-alone novel...
Zachary Kennedy has never been known as a fighter, but he'll never regret fighting for her...
I'm Zee Kennedy.
Quiet. Reserved. Predictable.
When my brother died, everyone thought I was just the good guy who stepped up to take his place in the band.
No one knew what I was hiding. The one thing I've been fighting for.
For six years, I've never lost focus.
Not until one chance encounter with Alexis Kensington.
Now she's become my greatest temptation.
I knew better than to touch her, but now that I've had a taste, I can't get enough.
Her kiss becomes my air. Her body, my salvation.
She needed a savior and somehow she became mine.
Taking her was a betrayal. But keeping her means risking everything.
One look at Alexis Kensington, and I know she's worth the fight.
Will my past continue to keep me down or will I finally find the strength to pull myself up and stand...

Heartbreaking!
Any additional comments?
WOWW !!! Zee’s story is full of sacrifices and secrets ! My heart broke for his regrets and self loathing ! I loved that Zee made himself Alexis’s protector from the very beginning. I really loved Alexis as a heroine - she never once gave up and trying to break through Zee’s armour. My only qualm was AL Jackson’s narrative - repetitive words, and overuse of the terms “this girl, that boy, that girl, this boy“.
Loved Andi Arndt and Zachary Webber’s narration!

wow can't believe it's the end of their stories. I have really enjoyed each book of this series. All of narrators gave these books so much heart and I was captivated in the whole series. I really don't have a favourite but I think the story of Z really made me feel the most. thank you

never a disappointed momenrt
the twists and turns in each book leaves you wondering how the author comes up with these tragic coincidental ideas...but thats the gift of writing write?
the last book was a good storyline but all the descriptive words were starting to repeat. I balked at 2 this echoed through this series...I cant quite wrap my ideas around hard mysterious strong men and women for that matter, grabbing their hair..
my mind steers off into an insane asylum where they pull it out.
the 2nd was calling this strapping sexual man a boy. I get that when he's broken and vulnerable...the heroine can see it in him but it was used more times than not. the picture in my mind didn't click
narrator's...lordy............
what can I say...Andi Arnt and Zach... as perfect as Andi and Sebastian
love them and how they bring the characters to life I love the author but need a break from description overload, but I'll be backxx.
