Instead of finding answers, she found rules. Instead of joy, she found judgement. However, once she began looking inward, she tuned into her inner voice of love, acceptance, and joy.
Tuning into your inner voice is an antidote for emptiness, regret and disappointment. It's a powerful reminder that it's ok to be spiritual and loose, humble and confident, reverent and cheeky, patient and intolerant, brave and vulnerable, deep and superficial all at once. Everyone can relate
An absolute must listen to. You will love the author telling her own story and will laugh when you see yourself in it. Made me think about the boxes I put myself into which inspired me to make 2022 the year of doing the opposite. You will definitely get something out of Spiritually Loose 👏👏

Great book that really makes you think
I loved this book so much I binged it over2 days. The author narrates her own book which is great. The last few chapters were very interesting

Dove right in. You’ll love it.
Spiritually Loose author Susan Pearse, is one of the most self aware, wise, perceptive and fun souls I’ve read in a long time. And that’s saying a lot because I’ve read a lot of books in this genre.
Susan’s book and her stories are relatable, easy to understand and totally on point. When I read books by Oprah or Deepak or Michael Singer those guys are wise but they aren’t your girl or boy next door - whereas Susan is. At times it felt like she was telling my story and then her teachings and wisdom shine through and I kept having a-ha moments. So many that I had to keep writing them down.
I’ve listened to this book twice and I’m sure I will listen again in the months ahead.
If you’re on a soul journey or you just want a good read / listen, do yourself a favour and dive in ! It’s fabulous. She’s fabulous.

loved it...worth reading
For everyone who doesn't want to be boxed and labelled
It was so well written, and I extremely relate to her.
Taught me alot about myself and how I want similar things. Really funny at times and not a preachy serious person.
The first person that says you can have both spirituality and be non religious.
Loved this audiobook and would listen again. Although I got the message the first time around.
