A must read for any professional or parent

I’ve found this book so insightful, helpful and practical. There is so much to take from this book that you’ll not be able to read it just once.
It’s really convicted me to think about and change my own habits and practices which were not helpful for me or my family.

A fantastic book

This book is very timely. From being tired and wired, I have begun the journey of balance and my family is directly benefiting as a result. Thank you for taking the time to write this book Daniel. A definite must read.
