A fresh hope

I know that these books are having a positive effect on me and my life as two friends have both said they notice a change in me.

I am still not the most confident person in my life, but I am definitely more calm and in control and that really is a huge change.

Overcome social anxiety and shyness

The perfect combination of two books - one dealing with overcoming social anxiety (something I doubted I would ever be able to do!) and one dealing with how to be more sociable, confident, assertive, charismatic etc

DEFINITELY a 10/10 here.

Worked very well for me

I would not say I am suddenly 100% cured from my social anxiety and shyness but I will say I am handling everything and coping with everything so much better than before!

Shy no more

Nothing has been as valuable, useful and effective in dealing with my shyness as these two books. Really. I dont know what else to say other than THANK YOU.

Changed everything for me

I can only speak for my own experience and how I changed after these books.

Please note, we are all different and our issues effect us in different ways.
It worked for me, but that does NOT mean it will work for you.

I don't want to go into too many personal details but shyness and social anxiety, low confidence, unsure how to be assertive etc etc has been with me, well, pretty much forever.

Did these books solve everything overnight? No, of course not.

What did they do then?
They opened my eyes to a new way of thinking (despite reading about 100 of these books in the past!) as the advice they give is not only simple and easy to use, but very very unique and straight to the point.

Both books work well together as a package.

I have listened to both books probably 5 times and continue to dive in and out of chapters when I feel I need help.

Am I totally cured and suddenly the worlds most confident person? No.

BUT I am now handling situations, people, events and circumstances that would have made me crumple in the past.

I am stronger, more confident, more capable, better self-esteem and happier than ever before.

Recommended

I definitely recommend these two books to anyone with shyness or social anxiety who actually wants to get better.

I particularly enjoyed all the real world examples. It gave me an easy blueprint to follow.

I read about these books on a forum and was dubious at first but now I am delighted I gave them a go.

This is my 5th time trying to leave this review - if it doesn't work this time I give up!

rubbish

it is based on psychological cognitive behaviouralism but it is not practically applicable at all. at least I can gain some satisfaction by leaving this one star review.
