Brilliant!

Lots of misdirects
I loved the plot, did not guess the twist, and liked both the main characters. Shelby's voice actor was good, so was Grady's except when she was doing the male side characters and female tech investigator. Don't understand exactly what the title means in relation to the story, other than that there are dogs in the story and one of main characters is a dog walker, but none the dogs do any sleeping or lying so I'm confused.

Some people will do anything for their pets.
A quick snappy read with lots going on. I was engaged the whole time and found the main character likeable and entertaining. Novellas are a good way to find out if you like the author or not.

Perfect Short Story
A great short story that can be, and should be, listened to in one sitting. It was great with a twist that was well executed, and the story was well written. I liked how it was formatted from different points of view, and that the story was open-ended but wrapped up all the main points. Definitely worth a listen

What a twist! Vigilante justice?
