Amazing

Must Read for Anyone with Sleep Trouble

I've had issues getting to sleep and waking up early for most of my adult life. Amazingly this book gave me the skills and techniques needed to make overcome this. I felt as though it was inpossible to wake up and train first thing in the morning, bit after learning about sleep cycles it was no longer such a insurmountable task. Thankyou Nick Littlehales!

Meh

This could definitely have been a lot shorter. A lot of waffle. Some interesting nuggets of information though. It’s not worth 8 hours listening, maybe four.
