Poor choice of Narrator
Is there anything you would change about this book?
The book was good - however the narrator of this book ruined it for me as I could not concentrate on what I was listening to. The narrator was all over the place - and I would never buy another book read by him
How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?
Less scientific research and more information about actual Sirt foods
How could the performance have been better?
The narrator sounded disinterested in parts - put on strange voices in others. Read the book as if he was telling a childrens story at times and was condescending in others. He constantly inflected his voice at inappropriate times. It was so distracting I couldn't concentrate on what he was actually reading. The was the worst book I have ever listen too.
