A FORBIDDEN LOVE.
AN IMPOSSIBLE CHOICE...
When Pixie Tate is summoned to the wild Cornish coast to investigate a mystery at St Sidwell Manor she senses that something malevolent is hiding in its shadows.
Over one hundred years ago, in the deepest night, a little boy vanished from his bed - and Pixie must find out what happened to him.
But Pixie is no ordinary detective. She has a unique gift: she can travel through time. As she slips back to 1895, secrets are revealed, love affairs exposed and, ultimately, Pixie will be forced to make a devastating choice that will change her life forever...
Shadows in the Moonlight is a sweeping and devastatingly romantic time-travel mystery, and the first book in Santa Montefiore's sensational new series.

Historically entwined with spiritual magic, enchanting
Love the writings of this author and this new series is absolutely up my alley. The time shifting, through the law of attraction is believable as the characters as usual embed their very essence into the storyline. Love her writings, love the narrative reader, my only complaint was it finished too soon. Hope the next is a 20hr adventure! Big thumbs up.

Annoyingly repetitive at times
I love this authors books. I have listened to so many and they take me around the world, through generations, and love stories. This one lacks something. While Pixie is in the past she is repeating over and over and over and over (is that annoying?) the same things. Is it because Montefiore doesn't have anything else to write about? The story is nice but that's all. I am disappointed because her other stories are great!
