About this listen

If you're like me, you're getting older, but you don't feel it. You probably have younger adults telling you to slow down, take it easy, or telling you to be careful because you're getting older. For most of us, I believe that is a load of crapola. Where did all these ideas come from, and why don't we address them?

I have issues with the issue of getting older. Just because we're older, doesn't mean that we have to give up everything that we enjoy, buy a rocking chair, and wait for the angel of death. Let's take a simple look at some of today's myth about aging. If you or someone you love is experiencing some of the myths, then maybe this book can aid them in overcoming the issue.

It's called living, so let's live it.
