A pathway to do it for yourself
A very practical guide to working with the Internal Family Systems method of therapy. The process is easily explained with meditations and examples. This system appeals to me because everything we need is within us already and the fragmentation that I feel is actually these parts talking to me. Using this system enables me to take a step back from myself and care for myself as I do for others. It enables me to care for my Self instead of projecting outwards. The system is full of love, compassion and curiosity. I recommend this system for anyone wanting more inner peace in their life. Outer peace is a by-product of doing the work.
