One of the most helpful and practical tips & info
Great collection of kind of a checklist to trial and error strategies. There are at-least few tips for everyone.

Not Quite Right
This book is written in such a way that dehumanises ASD/ADHD/Neurodivergent human beings. The book over all seems well meaning but forgets that we're human beings who cannot escape our extremely sensitive nervous systems.
