Realistic and insighful

I already knew that self discipline was a weakness of mine, but I didn't really know how to improve it. I love the ideas given in this book on how to make small changes that matter and it feels completely realistic and therefore achievable. It was also great to get an understanding of why I struggle in this area.

Amazing author and material

This book sets out strategies and techniques that can be applied to assist people like me trying to recover from a long term chronic illness, or to people looking to improve their overall quality of life. Excellent communication, very approachable and rational content.
