Relatable and good tips
I found the story bad good tips on how to live successfully with ADHD. It did feel a little repetitive in some instances. But all in all a good listen.

Very focused on women's issues with ADHD
It's disappointing that this book is so focused on women. it's a great book and the author is clearly an expert but it's the title of the book should be "Self-care for women with ADHD' instead of it's current title. I feel like asking for my credit back from Amazon because I feel like title was quiet misleading and from what I read before purchasing did not suggest anything about the focus on women's ADHD issues only. Perhaps I missed something.
