I loved the thoroughness of this book. Maria certainly goes into detail. hormones, drugs, sleep, exercise, food, vitamins and more and more!

An absolute must for those interested in losing weight and improving their health.
A book of knowledge well worth listening too.
If there’s anything left out I don’t know what it is.
The chapter on supplements alone is worth the purchase price.
This is a book that should be on every dieters shelf and in every compulsory reading list for dieticians.
Fantastic.
Maria Emmerich is an amazing lady and an amazing author.
What more can I say but “she’s the bomb!”
