About this listen

Seated Relaxations consists of two different guided relaxation sessions that have been devised to be followed whilst sitting in a comfortable chair.

The first session runs for 20 minutes, and the second runs for 25 minutes. Both sessions use clear, easy to follow expert guidance combined with subtle background music which creates a mood for total relaxation.

The sessions use simple breathing and relaxation techniques that create a state of clarity and a sense of physical well-being. The techniques will develop your ability to calm and still your mind, relax deeply and recharge physically and mentally.

The sessions are devised by leading yoga teacher Sue Fuller. Sue is a regular columnist for the Yoga Magazine, Natural Health and a course author for the British School of Yoga. Sue has taught yoga around the world since 1995.
