Insightfully Delightful

Such a beautifully written stories which give deep insight into the core of this country and it’s relationships. If all Australians read Salt, we’d be a better nation. Thank you Bruce!

Gives Australian context and character to Dark Emu

Giving a more deeply Australian and salt water character to Dark Emu and Convincing Ground, by contextualizing into Bruce Pascoe's own living experience. A series of love stories to Australia and her women and Mrs Pascoe.

Hypocritical

Boring, dull and repetitive . This isn't a novel, its a hectoring lecture to racists and climate change deniers.

But as those people wouldn't touch this author, the book is a wasted opportunity when Pascoes's fans already think respectfully like he does.

So what was the point in getting tress chopped down to sell this book about "not abusing the earth and respect for the land". Also the author shouldnt read his own work . Hire a professional
