Not worth listening too, just too basic & obvious.

Wow, I read the other reviews, if you found this helpful you are a long way off planning your first sailing adventure, if ever, a book on the obvious, port is left, bow is front. If you go sailing you should check the weather, REALLY. It did not go into any details just common sense that if you did not know already, I would not want to go sailing with you. Waste of time and money.
