Publisher's Summary
A Space Wolves audio drama boxed set.
In the aftermath of the Thousand Sons' invasion of Fenris, Wolf Lord Ragnar Blackmane is thrown into danger as he hunts a dangerous beast in a quest that will decide the fate of the galaxy.
Listen to it because: Experience the latest chapter in the saga of Ragnar Blackmane in an all-action full-cast audio drama serial that pits the Young Wolf against one of the greatest – and most terrifying – warriors of the 41st Millennium.
The story: Glory returns to Fenris. Magnus the Red and his traitorous legion are defeated upon the icy cliffs of the Space Wolves’ home world, their hollow remains scattered into the darkest depths of the World Sea. Yet Ragnar Blackmane, the youngest Wolf Lord in his Chapter’s noble history, does not feel victorious. He is uneasy. Uncertain of his purpose and place in the great war for the Imperium.
Until a vision strikes him of a terrible beast, one greater than any he or his warriors have faced before. A monster that it is his destiny to confront. The young king throws himself into a quest to meet this fate, for no Space Wolf can turn from the call of his wyrd. Alongside a small band of Space Wolves, Ragnar Blackmane begins what is certain to be an odyssey for the ages, on which will hinge not only the fate of a single warrior, but of the entire galaxy.
Written by David Annandale. Performed by Tom Alexander, Charles Armstrong, Gareth Armstrong, Ian Brooker, Steve Conlin, Andrew Fettes, Jonathan Keeble, Colleen Prendergast, Jon Rand and Richard Reed.

Overall visceral experience
Best audio book I have listened to and the first audio book that has music and atmosphere that actually works. Narration is perfect.

Good story but distracting elements
The background sounds over played the story at times and were very distracting. Length was made longer by unneeded music - giving a fake book length. Should have had an epilogue for after the fight and were both are now so it better linked to the models.

Hail to the Young King!
A spectacular Audio Drama, in this Games Workshop has delivered! I only wish there were more. Captures the Spirit of the Young King perfectly, his impetuousness in the face of authority, his fervour in the face of battle. I really do hope that we see more of this Saga, for there is much more that need be told. However, be warned: this is not the WAAAAAAGH!!! of Ghazgkull Mag Uruk Thraka, this is The Saga of the Young King!
Absolutely loved it, and look forward to listening to it again.

A saga to remember
This story was great for fans of space wolves and Warhammer fans in general or though it's hard to explain without spoilers I will say it checks a good amount of 40k story boxes and all the space wolves and Orks so give it a listen mate

Utterly Amazing
A beautiful rendition of an amazing book. I have heard Black Library audio books in the past. Many many times. But this story was just enrapturing. Not as long as i wish it was, only being 4 hours, and i wish it had of covered things that happened after (stuff in the lore.) but the production, telling and voice acting were immaculate, emersive and thrilling. really got the emotion right.
