Missing all the tables
The content of this book seemed good & the narration was fine, but the PDF only came with the training plans, not all the information in the other tables. This was more of a problem because the content of the tables wasn't even read out. The narrator would say what was covered in the table generally - but not read the contents. Then, in many cases, the following information required you to know what was in the table. An example was a table with how to tell if you were lacking base fitness, strength or specific fitness. Then, depending on what you were lacking it had methods to resolve it... but I have no idea what's in the table to determine what I'm lacking. This wasn't just once or twice, but in every chapter of the book. I was very dissappointed and I've returned the book.

Almost unusable
Missing so many tables in the Chap 4 on Muscle Training as to be unusable.
Also, the narrator is clear and punchy, but emphasises Everything, so difficult to get any sense of what to take away. With no pauses to let an audio 'reader' understand the numerical training patterns.
Chap 4 has a lot of vague repetitions.
I doubt I will bother with eBook version either - a later book is making more sense to me.
How do I get my credit back?
