so good to hear another book in this series

it was awesome to hear Austin's story. I loved the way it was artfully linked in with the previous book, as Trev and Danni...and Austin were in a pretty nasty situation. this book didn't have the action that some of the others have but it was nice to hear past family characters mentioned and I so look forward to hearing the next one.
my only eye roll is the fact that Mik is nearing 40 and she still has the naive beliefs that she was raised with, I mean the whole clothing thing is a bit over the top. her innocence, to me, stopped me feeling the connection that the two were having and it tamed Ms Eddys love scenes
as well. it's also a bit Insta love as well but I can live with that.
I was simply thrilled to hear one my favourite narrators voice; Sebastian you are awesome; between you, Aiden snow, Jason clarke and John lane ...i could listen all night (sigh!) and Lydia, did a really good job bringing Miks voice to life
