About this listen
Learn what financial advisors don’t want you to know!
Robert’s rich dad often told him: “The faster your money moves, the higher the returns and the lower your risk.” Conventional financial wisdom recommends that you save money and invest for the long term. In other words: park your money.
That was not rich dad’s advice. He taught Robert to increase the velocity of my money. And, even if you start small, it’s advice that anyone can follow and benefit from.

The Most Important Book of RDPD series
Most people I knew just read Rich Dad Poor Dad and ignore the other Robert Kiyosaki books. Somehow I followed through all of his books and I think this is probably the most important of his books - if you are looking for more technical aspects on becoming rich, rather than philosophical aspects. Don't get me wrong. It is very important to get "RICH People's thinking" before you get the technical knowledge. But philosophical aspects alone won't make you rich. You can read the philosophical aspects of driving a ferrari but you can't drive without learning technical aspects such as location of the ignition or handbrake.
In short, THIS IS A MUST READ.
But it is recommended to read this book after reading the two books below -
1. RICH DAD POOR DAD ORIGINAL BOOK BY R. KIYOSAKI
2. RICH DAD'S GUIDE TO INVESTING BY R. KIYOSAKI

Great book and definitely worth your time!
I would recommend this book to anyone who is serious about investing and would like to know the basics of asset classes and the tax benefits of investing in real estate.
The book was easy to listen to and easy to follow - it's very well written.
