Appalling. Don’t waste your time.
It took 3/4 of the book to get to anything diet related. The narrator read the chapter of contents which was totally unnecessary. Couldn’t stand to listen to the recipes being read out - should have simply referred to a PDF. Anyone reading this book would already know about RA and surely is not interested in the definition of other conditions. The title should be changed if that’s the case.
