About this listen
End the cycle of relapse and yo-yo dieting to create sustained weight loss and lasting recovery by embracing a total reframe on food addiction from the New York Times best-selling author of Bright Line Eating.
Do you think excessively about your food and weight? Are you plagued by food cravings? Do you wonder how other people get "full" so quickly while you just want to keep eating? Are you able to go long stretches with your program, only to crash and burn and have to dig out of the ditch - yet again?
Not only is food addiction very real, it's the hardest addiction to beat. It's exhausting and demoralizing. But there is a solution.
With her groundbreaking Rezoom Reframe, Susan Peirce Thompson, PhD, founder of Bright Line Eating, offers a new way to conceptualize food recovery. She shares the essential steps to avoiding the short-lived highs and vicious lows of relapse by helping you understand the psychological and biological origins of addiction and then giving you the system to break free. Woven throughout are lessons from Everett Considine, acclaimed Internal Family Systems practitioner, to help you overcome your inner resistance so you can finally stay on track in those moments of self-sabotage.
It is possible to live free from the tyranny of relapse. Let Susan and Everett help you to permanently unshackle yourself, find the sustainable way to manage your food, and enjoy your brightest life.

Great book
This is the only book one will ever need to get off the dieting hamster wheel. The food plan is flexible but exact and there are lots of practical and psychological tools to lose the weight and keep it off

Excellent
I’m one chapter in and as expected book does not disappoint. A great companion book to other Bright Line Eating titles. Highly recommend to those commencing or for those who wish to progress their BLE journey.

Another excellent weapon for weight loss
Thankyou, Susan, for all your psychological and scientific research into how the brain works for and against weight loss. I love listening to your voice - but the man interjecting his portions during the audiobook was overwhelmingly monotonous, sounding like he himself was trying to stay awake! I was glad those parts were over fast!

Very informative, encouraging and motivating
I found this book very interesting, factual and real. I was able to relate to many of the scenarios used as example and gain an explanation as to why my struggles have been challenging, they have been real, food addiction is a thing and recovery is possible. Support is golden and the right actions explained by Susan and Everett will steer you on the the right path to rcovery; emotionally, spiritually and physically. This book offers amazing tools, guidance and suggestions for support. If you are serious for a change in life and willing to really put the work into yourself, the food neutrality and peace can be found and life opens up to endless opportunities or joy, fun and a richness of health. Thank you Susan and Everett I highly recommend this read and Bright Line Eating.

Baffled by other reviews
This book is very short on 'How to' or practical steps. It self promotes the BrightLine book at least 100 times and I found it depressing that so many chapters simply focus on the different ways you are broken or she was. What I wanted was practical steps and a workable framework but its simply not there. After reading a number of similar titles within this category I'm baffled as to how the reviews from others captured so many stars?
This is the worst review I've ever written for a book and its uncomfortable doing so but I really am just so disappointed.
