Revelation: Audio Lectures features top New Testament scholar Craig S. Keener teaching through the book of Revelation in these engaging and challenging lessons. These lessons explore the links between the Bible's final book and how we should live our lives today. With honesty and scholarly insight, each lesson shows how Revelation strengthens our hope in the future while enabling us to live out our Christian faith wisely in the present.
Revelation: Audio Lectures is part of the Zondervan Beyond the Basics Series, which is dedicated to bringing expert teaching from world's best biblical scholars and theologians directly to interested learners. A balance overview of the book of Revelation
As usual, Keener had a lot of insightful background information that assists in understanding the text. He was fair in mentioning different views.
I would have preferred if Keener read the Biblical passages before discussing them.
It would be useful if audible could add actual names, rather than just chp 1, 2... to each track.
Note one reviewer mentioned Keener, does not cover the timing of the rapture. While Keener does not do this in detail, he does mention the different views in one of the later chapters.
Another reviewer found the lip-smacking to severely detract from the audio. It only occasionally bothered me.
