over and repetitive explaining

I am enjoying this series however there is a large and I mean large amount of over and repetitive explaining, example, bread is warm and white and fluffy and and and and then next conversation we get another explanation all the same just different wording and I notice a lot of authors do this almost as though it's space filler or insulting to the reading assuming they haven't grasped the meaning by the 9 different explanations sigh

love this series

tThere is some great character development in this book and it is a fun story. The narration is fantastic as always. The bird is a bit annoying at first but I think it is meant to be.

Started strong

Ended very poorly. Such a great series to just kill all character development. No spoilers but damn did the ending of this book suck. Hopefully it is somehow retconned or something
