Hard to get into
While this story told an important lesson on how society treats women in power, I found the characters one dimensional and unrelatable. I think this may have been due to the brittle narration which made all of the characters sound like angry elderly women with no vulnerability or softness which contradicted how the main character in particular was written. The ending was predictable and I didn’t finish the last half hour as I just wasn’t invested

Ok story with some important topics
This story touches on some important lessons about how women in politics (or society in general) are treated and while there were a few twists to the story it was rather linear and predictable. I did enjoy the court proceedings part of the story as it really helped narrate what happened that night. I did, however, have difficulty relating to any of the characters as their demeaners and attitudes towards each other were unbelievable in some things and while it's a good lesson as to the effects cyber bullying, stalking and the social/mainstream media can have on people the story itself was average
I feel the narrator for this story didn't portray the characters emotions enough to give much weight to their stories as it felt more like whinging rather than the emotional breakdown some of the characters were going through

Suffers from overwriting
Got better towards the end. Would have been a much sharper read if edited down by about half. Like so many contemporary novels it is repetitive to the point of boredom and the genuinely interesting material gets swamped by verbiage. Excellent performance by the reader.
