About this listen
Prevent the most common postoperative speed bumps that cause weight regain after bariatric surgery.
Do you have an unhealthy relationship with food that surgery alone cannot fix? Are you experiencing a relapse of weight-related medical comorbidities like diabetes, hypertension, and sleep apnea? Is the scale going up instead of down after your bariatric surgery? Do you just wish the “honeymoon period” after weight loss surgery would last forever?
If you answered yes to any of these questions and have regained lost weight, then Regain Be Gone is just for you.
With 20 years of training in the field of bariatrics, trusted dietitian Sameera Khan shares strategies toward a balanced, stress-free weight-loss journey so that you can feel confident, powerful, and successful.
Regain Be Gone is the only resource you will need to help you keep weight regain at bay after bariatric surgery.
It will help you to:
- Face and overcome the challenges of the “maintenance phase”
- Tame the hunger monster
- Pinpoint the new or ongoing stressors in your life and learn how to handle them
- Turn your “no” time to “yes” time for exercise
- Stop yourself from slipping back into unhealthy habits
- Reaffirm your commitment to sustained weight loss
Weight regain is a manageable setback that can be reversed with a little effort and guidance. The longer you ignore it, the harder it is to regain lost ground. So, act now.

Great book with helpful tips
I enjoyed the book and listening to it again. I am yet to receive the free book information ( that is referred to throughout the book) and have followed up twice on the website. Might be better to buy the book as the Audio version refers to the free book but that is not accessible. Such a shame.

Good but hated the narraters voice
Awesome book but kept losing interest when they kept referring to figure 1 etc. No pdf to download to go along with the book for the referencing that was done. They talk about the website 'freebook' which I went onto and it gave me a recipe book not the actual book it says it was giving you which made it impossible to follow. Some great techniques and pointer that I will follow however, I would usually listen again for it to sink in but the narrators voice is so flat and nonexpressive. If I didn't know better I would have thought it was a man.
