About this listen
A bet turned into a disaster.
Sebastian Weaver is the star quarterback and the college’s heartthrob.
Rich. Handsome. Bastard. Everyone’s attention flocked toward him, and all the girls dreamed of being with him.
Not me. At least, not until he made a move on me. See, I thought I was stronger than Sebastian’s charms. I thought I could survive being his target. I thought wrong. Little did I know that he will make my most twisted fantasies come true. Fantasies I didn’t know existed...
Red Thorns is a dark new adult book that contains dubious situations some listeners might find offensive and/or triggering. Red Thorns is part of a duet and is not stand-alone.

Wow
This author has me spellbound with her words. So many secrets and powerful characters. This is another great duet. Moving on to the second book.
Narration was awesome.

Enjoy all Rina Kent stories
Wish this was duet - such great actors, would love more of their voice for their characters
Story was good. Not as invested in this as some of the others

A great cliffhanger and a mystery
I found this duet quite by accident. As I had previously read and enjoyed Rina Kent’s other series, I was keen to give this one a go.
Naomi was an enigma to begin with. I was unsure where her character development would go from the opening chapters. Sebastian seemed intrigued by Naomi and I was keen to see how he would approach her. Akira was a mystery and I finished the first book with a thought of “Who is Akira?”, in my mind.
There was spice galore in this book, but very detailed CNC, so look at triggers if that is a consideration.
Ending on a cliffhanger, I was keen to see where the story would go in book 1 of the duet.
I read on Kindle and read along on Audible with dual style narration.
