Really Interesting
Mera and Shadow’s adventures continue as their growing bond does as well. Mera helps Shadow deal with issues pertaining to the Shadow World and along the way they fall for each other in a big way. As the story unfolds there are surprises a plenty and some scorching hot sexual interactions between our main characters and just when you think things have reached a crescendo another curveball is thrown into the mix and you are left wanting to know where it goes next. I highly recommend this book and the series as a whole because the story firmly held my interest from beginning to end. I like a story with supernatural content, hot sex, humour and action a plenty and it is delivered in spades in this book and the series in general. Now off to the third book and conclusion to the series.

Hot and sweet and hilarious
Book 2 of 3, and it didn't disappoint. The story stayed well-paced and didn't feel like it lagged at all.
The connection between Mera and Shadow was hot and sweet and hilarious. The side characters added to the world building, and I look forward to additional books about them.
This ended on a cliffhanger as well, and you better believe I went straight onto book 3.
I read on Kindle and read along on Audible. The audio is in duet style and absolutely perfect. I would encourage everyone to listen to the audio if only to hear the voices of the characters be cause I'll never be able to unhear the gravel and growl or the Sass.

I loved this series very much and i can't get enough of Shadow-Shine 🥰 Jaymin Eve you have the most fantastical mind. Noel and Michelle are both magnificent in their narratives. Thanks guys xx

Easy listening but cliffhanger
Cliffhanger and no release date for the last book to be available on audible (it has been released in book format already)
Ah I want to know how it ends. I love shadow I think he is great. This was an easy to listen in the background whilst doing other things kind of book. I wasn’t completely captivated drawn in but happy to listen along.
Would buy the next one when it’s available
