About this listen
Refuel your passion with a new installment of the Torpedo Ink series by number-one New York Times best-selling author Christine Feehan.
While Gedeon “Player” Lazaroff is one of Torpedo Ink motorcycle club’s roughest members, he’s also one of the calmest. Little rattles Player, except for the times his gift gets the better of him. When that happens, he has to just lie down in the dark and hope for the best. But on a night when he’s on the verge of losing it, he meets a woman who manages to soothe his fractured mind.
Zyah is a striking, ethereal beauty who seduces him with every word and move. Their night together is one of pure, exquisite bliss. But when Player gets confused and thinks their intimate encounter was nothing more than a dream, his careless dismissal leaves her humiliated and angry.
Now, Player will have to devote his every breath to convincing Zyah to give him a second chance. Because she might be the only one who can save him from himself....

Brilliant
Instalment 5 in the Torpedo Ink series called Recklaess Road is yet another erotic paranormal masterpiece by the queen of genre and I couldn’t stop listening until my earbuds ran out of charge and I had to stop. Gedeon “Player” Lazaroff is one of quietest and calmest of the Torpedo Ink group, he gets back to the club house one night in terrible shape because his abilities have gotten the best of him and he just wants to take some pain meds and sleep but, when he enters his room there is a very beautiful woman in his room belly dancing. Zyah was told she could use the room to study and practice her dancing because no one thought Player would be home for a few more days. What follows is a night of pure pleasure and bliss the likes of which neither has ever known but unfortunately for Player whose confused mind isn't functioning properly thinks it's all a dream and then thinks his club members paid for her for him and he hurts her badly. When he realises his mistake he pulls out all stops to find her, apologise and hope she will give him another chance. For Zyah the pain of the rejection is too much to bear and she wants nothing more to do with him, however circumstances have other ideas and what follows is a sometimes hilarious and I mean laugh out loud funny moments, combined with heartbreaking and heartwarming moments and when you mix in the scorching hot interactions between Zyah and Player this book cannot be put down. I highly recommend this book and the series as a whole.
