Great book but bad recording

Great concept and good practical advice. The actual recording is pretty bad and sounds like it was recorded in the toilet! Apart from that, the book is recommended.

Audio was hard to listen to

Being an audiobook the Quality of the audio was poor it would have been a lot easier to listen to if you manifested a professional in a studio
