About this listen
Have you ever wondered why:
- You have difficulty maintaining close, intimate, fulfilling relationships?
- You easily get angry at other people and blame them for how you feel?
- You tend to overreact to inconveniences and injustices?
- You often feel alone?
- You tend to avoid people?
- You sometimes use alcohol or drugs to "take the edge off" the tension you feel?
- You have a strong need to be "right" and win arguments or discussions?
- You have a temper?
- You are often mystified by the behavior of other people?
- You often have difficulty understanding why you feel as you do?
- People around you - spouse, lover, children, coworkers - seem to avoid you?
- Your reactions to situations seem out of proportion to the event itself?
- You use your intellect, physical appearance, wit, and money to get attention?
- You often feel hurt by what other people do to you? Or by what they fail to do for you?
- People around you seem intimidated or irritated when you interact with them?
If you are like roughly 98 percent of us, your answer to two or more of these questions is "Yes", and you're confused about exactly why these conditions exist in your life. Anger, frustration, and loneliness are the most destructive diseases on the planet - by far - and we are not adequately addressing their causes and solutions.
Finally, in Real Love and Post-Childhood Stress Disorder, we can learn about why we're angry and lonely, along with the real reasons we have relationship problems, and we can learn to actually eliminate these conditions.

This book is life-changing!!
Have you ever felt lost, alone, afraid, unhappy, directionless, hopeless, sad, stressed, depressed, angry, like a failure etc and you don’t know why? I have, for my whole life, yet we hide it so no one really knows how bad it is because it’s really hard to admit how much you’re struggling...and who wants to really listen anyway.
My angry sister once said to me, “Why can’t you just be happy?!” I had no idea why I couldn't, so I kept trying to find it by doing a multitude of courses, therapy sessions, reading books, audiobooks, webinars, etc etc etc. It was even more depressing when I had a short period of 'happiness' afterwards, then gradually it faded away. Only the surface of my life changed.
Finally I found out why in this book. The truth will always set you free. Until you understand why you feel the way you do, you’ll continue feeling like that till the day you die. Understanding why I’ve felt like this for 60+ years was enough to lift this dark cloud off me. Everything hasn't just miraculously changed just because I read this book. This book finally got to the depth and cause of my wounds, and it was pretty painful I tell you, but now I can start to heal for real.
Do yourself a huge favour and get this or any of Greg's books that are appropriate for your needs. So relieved to finally find the truth I needed. Thanks Greg.
