He explains the meaning of a scratch of the chin, the wringing of hands, a wrinkle of the nose or a hard swallow. With these techniques the listener will be able to uncover the true meaning behind these and other gestures to confirm what others are saying, and of their truthfulness. Something I needed to hear right now.
Easy to understand how perception of information verbal non verbal is, important in daily life to decipher why people do what they do. Great explanation from past experiences to show how the thought process is backed up. Highly recommend listening to pick up social ques from others and to enjoy learning why you might have some of these behaviours of people around you how to best deal with it when you see it.
