decent introductory book to psychology with practical tools on discerning social cues
A rather simple and seemingly shallow book but with useful knowledge on reading the unspoken language of people.

Informative but not exactly what I expected
I guess it should have been obvious that it’s a tough subject to teach via an audiobook. Lots of factual stuff, hierarchy of needs, personality types etc. but more factual than practical.
