Generally quite good and informative

I will say though, while he covers all the basics well, right near the end he mentions an unnecessary vegan-sounding argument against keeping animals; equating purchasing animals to slavery as they cannot consent to be under our care. I would argue that as we cannot enter into contracts with animals (example, make a deal with a lion not to eat us), morality like this cannot apply to them as, unlike humans, the agreement cannot span both parties. What realistically separates humans from animals is our ability to negotiate and consent to deals (and be accountable to the consequences of breaking them). Animals can’t make deals with us, so unfortunately it’s only realistic to treat them like animals / livestock, as they are not the same as humans.
