I have been smoke free for 2 months and 3 weeks now. I'm feeling great. this book really helps change the way you think about smokes and quitting.

It works!
I started smoking more frequently when I was taking a year-long break. I tried quitting several times. I bought and threw cigarettes thinking it would be my last. So, I have got to admit that I was very sceptical at first! But this book has changed the way I perceive smoking. Alan Carr's methods work!! I will be keeping this audiobook safe as a reminder to when I was able to successfully quit the filthy habit! Suggestion : Don't read the negative reviews. Try the book for yourself as you have nothing to lose. Good luck!

Pack a day smoker quit in 2 days
I was pretty sure this book wouldn't help me quit after being more than a pack a day smoker for the past 20 years, but as I got further and further into the book I found myself not smoking much at all and when the time came at the end of the book to have my last cigarette, I can say I honestly didn't want to light it as I hadn't had a smoke for around 12 hours. I did light it however, had about 4 drags and threw it away.
That was eight days ago and although at times I've needed a little willpower to stay smokefree (My wife still smokes) I found it very easy compared to any other time I've quit smoking 🙂

This actually works
To my surprise and delight this boot camp works, I found the program easy to follow and stopped with no withdrawal symptoms at all, if you follow the instructions, (even if not fully, but get the concept), it actually works.

Incredible
I have just had my last cigarette and I feel incredible. I cried taking that deep breathe in vowing to never smoke again. I feel so free, I feel like I’ve got this. I’ve never felt so prepared for life without cigarettes before but now I feel ready. Thankyou so much Allen Carr. My life has been changed! It truly works.
