491 days sober and don’t even think about drinking
I can’t thank Craig enough for this hypnosis - I listened a few times and haven’t touched a drop since.. it is the best decision I have ever made in my life, I went on holiday recently abroad and didn’t even think about it once. I am far happier without alcohol in my life - thank you Craig!

doesn't work
Doesn't work & found the narrators voice quite aggressive. it also transpires that the hypnosis is free as part of the original book so if you want to try it out, suggest just getting the book
