Publisher's Summary
From Genesis to Revelation, the providence of God directs the entire course of redemptive history. Providence is “God’s purposeful sovereignty”. Its extent reaches down to the flight of electrons, up to the movements of galaxies, and into the heart of man. Its nature is wise and just and good. And its goal is the Christ-exalting glorification of God through the gladness of a redeemed people in a new world.

Greatful to God for coming across that book.
Truthfulness and depth of this book in showing, who God truly is, made enormous impact in my understanding and walk in faith.

Full, rich & life-changing
John Piper's tireless work of writing the truths of scripture are ever-fresh in Providence. He brings a vast number of familiar bible references together, with clear and heartfelt explanations of their significance in our daily lives. I'm so thankful to have been able to listen to Providence, now I'm off to buy the hard copy!

John Piper's best yet
I have the highest respect for John Piper and everything he writes and teaches. But in my opinion this book exceeds them all.
If you get great joy from seeing God's great glory, you'll love this book.

Very good. May contain traces of Calvinism.
Really enjoyed, first two parts of the book. The last third has Piper going into his defence of Calvinism, so thats worth knowing. Still definitly recommend.
