Hard to follow if you haven’t read the first book

Not a standalone book - assumes readers have read Profit First. IMO this wasn’t made clear pre-purchase. After an hour the author says they will give a basic overview but it should have been at the beginning (the structure also feels all over the place). Still giving 3 stars because maybe I’d have enjoyed it more if I read the original book.

great expansion on top of PF book

it explains clearly some grey areas for ecommerce and retail owners on how to properly apply profit first principles with spreadsheets and examples. it all makes a lot more sense now :)
