Pleasant Surprise

I was browsing the catalogue and stumbled on this book, it has great voice actors so I thought I’d give it a go. What a pleasant surprise this book was!
If you are tired of overly emotional FMC’s, you’ll love Reese. She is so logical and thoughtful but at the same time vulnerable and hopeful. Rhett is also a great character who takes a risk and opens up to her.
There’s music, toxic family dynamics, silly friends, troublesome ex, drama, but in the middle of all that is a very true and realistic love story.
You can definitely believe that the characters will go on to live happily ever after!
Definitely recommend!
