Practical & thoughtful insight. Well done!

I have loved this audio! Keri Mae has a wonderful writing style that was easy to listen to and understand. She has made herself vulnerable and articulated well her struggle with Internet & media addiction, which is exactly what it is, and has helped me gain understanding as to why this is an issue and a way forward for what is already an issue for myself and my family. Distraction is a great description, a perfect word for the feeling I have associated with the rabbit warren that is the World Wide Web. I do feel more confident now to tackle this for me and my family - we have to do something different than what we are currently, not remove ourselves from the modern world but learn a better way of living within it. Thanks Lamar Family for your encouragement and inspiration xx
