About this listen

THE ACTION-PACKED PREQUEL TO PREDATOR: HUNTING GROUNDS

In the aftermath of the events of Predator 2, US Marine Scott Devlin is assigned to the clean-up operation in Los Angeles. He is soon thrust into a world of secretive government agents, highly-advanced technology, and an unstoppable juggernaut lone agent, Alan "Dutch" Schaefer.

DUTCH IS BACK

As Devlin rises through the ranks, working in elite counter-terrorist units, he gathers evidence, slowly piecing together the shocking truth of what he saw that night. Fighting for freedom from the jungles of South America to the Scottish Highlands, Devlin learns who the real enemy is, and how to fight for survival. He's not the only one fighting back against the Hunters. Dutch has been working in the shadows ever since his first encounter in Central America, gathering knowledge, weapons, and teammates.

Fighting both the Hunters and shadowy government agencies, Dutch and Devlin must team up to take the fight to the aliens - to become the predators.

Ok. but the previous books in the series were better

I was looking forward to the continuation of this series but I found this book a little bit disjointed, one minute you’re in the jungle next minute in a bar. It didn’t really have a connecting flow to the story of the plot

Get to the chopper.....and never come back

Ill keep it short, but not sweet.
No fleshing out of characters it feels rushed
Zero advancement in human technology. (we are hunting the Yautja now)
Zero human weapon advancement
Military lingo and tactics are straight out of an 80s B movie. (I think a 16 yo Mathew Reilly fan wrote it)
Zero predator. We have cases of their stuff but it is NEVER is explored. (Agggggggg come on)
Dutch is a huge let down too.
I pre-ordered this book and now I'm returning it.

I'm gutted

Anyway, for you predator fans out there i will not leave you empty handed check out
Predator - Incursion and the entire Rage series.
Predator: If It Bleeds is fun too.
