Interesting
I loved the author's first book Influence so I bought this one which was not disappointing. There was a bit of recap of the first book which I didn't need to hear again

Ready didn't teach me anything new. Dissatisfied

Really need the book tbf
As an audio book there is too much to take in and absorb to make it an effective resource, recommend buying the physical book
