Great listen
The tagline comparison of a Harry Potter meets hunger games story is very accurate! Lots of action and fast moving in the story to keep you listening

Best thing I’ve ever read & listened to
This book has ruined all other books for me. The way it’s written is flawless. Not once did it feel predictable or like something was over described like a lot of other books tend to do in this genre. I was hooked from the first few pages and a few chapters in I knew this would be the best fictional book I’d ever read. The banter is incomparable, I was smiling throughout the whole book! P.s. Kai is the best love interest I’ve come across and the narrators voice for Kai is swooooooon worthy 🫠

I need the next book asap
Hungergames but with magic powers and enemies to lovers trope. Everything was perfect, accept the Ending (it broke my heart).
I was worried about the narrators as there weren't any reviews yet, but I really liked them both.

Best ending omg !!

Captivating
Captivating story kept me interested the whole time, the complex emotions each character faced and the inner turmoil made it relatable in everyday life atm because let’s be real we all go through that inner turmoil whether it be in friendships, relationships or work situations.

Easy to follow and great performances
Can’t wait for the next book! However saying that it was alittle predictable in small ways. I’m also very picky when it comes to listening and narration but these performances are easy to listen too and made the whole experience enjoyable. Overall amazing job and can’t wait to listen to the next one.!

Huger games meets Red Queen
I enjoyed this, it was very well narrated and had a fast pace interesting plot. It is very similar to the hunger games (but with powers) but different enough to be a good captivating listen/read.
Good for lovers of Red Queen, the hunger games, divergent.
