BEST SLEEPS EVER
Love Joel, puts me to sleep everytime I use this and usually by the time he softly says 'Double Down'. Best sleeps for over a year now.

slept like a baby
loved this book. had some great sleeps and even when I didn't i felt alive and fresh the next day. easy to follow and not an annying voice.

These books all have the same intro, each chapter is exactly the same the only difference is the music which changes once every 2 chapters . Think you would be better off just DL anything titled meditation music.

Tha author didn't put any work into it.
If you want to hear the whole audiobook just listen to the example. It has a short narrative followed by an endless string of annoying noise.
