A great guide to nourishing your energy

I find all of Judith orloff’s books really helpful. This is a great guide to replenishing and protecting energy, especially for empaths but for many people really. It’s quite long and there is a lot of detail, and different paths and practices to choose from as well as general guidance that is good for everyone.

Audible really should always add chapter titles so that listeners can navigate the book and revisit sections, it’s incredibly stingy of audible not to do that.
