Publisher's Summary

All of my hard work has paid off and now I have a family to call my own - my best friend Avery and my three boyfriends; Harley, Ash, and Blaise.

But with more people depending on me, the stakes have never been higher.

I’ve stepped out from the shadow of the Jackal. I’ve laid claim on the men I want, and I’m not letting anything get in our way.

Easier said than done. We’re being stalked by serial killers and sociopaths at every turn, there’s a history teacher trying to bang my boyfriend, and I can’t forget the nightmare-inducing gifts arriving at my door.

Once a lone Wolf, now I’ll do anything to keep the pack safe.

Amazing

I’m obsessed with this series and to hear it and the life the narrator gives it is a new experience. Amazing listen.

3.5 star listen

Ok I didn’t realise this series was such a slow burn.
When this series was recommended every other day by so many people I was really looking forward to listening to it.

I honestly am not sure what’s not doing it for me? Don’t get me wrong it’s a decent series but it’s really surface level there’s no real depth into the backgrounds of the characters.

I feel like when the fmc is meant to be an assassin that we should hear more about that, what exactly she’s doing how she preps for those jobs etc etc?

There’s so many side characters and stories that are only slightly touched on that I would have liked to know more about.

I feel like I need to read the butcher of the bay to hear more about the upbringing of the three of the 12 ya know?

Also the relationship side of things, I still don’t really by into the love between them all? I would prefer the audio being more than just the single narration but she does a decent job.
